Cancellation Policy
ALL POLICIES:
•CANCELLATION/LATE/NO-SHOW: A cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 75% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time. I have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, an 75% no-show fee will be charged. This is to ensure that every client gets their full, scheduled appointment slot, and ensures the integrity of my schedule.
•GUESTS: Only the person receiving services will be allowed in the room for the service with the exception of one parent of a child receiving a service. This is for the comfort and safety of the client and technician.
•CHILD SERVICES: I will NOT apply gel product to any child’s nails under the age of 13. This is to ensure the safety of the child. Gel is still a chemical, and exposing a child’s underdeveloped, soft, thin nail beds leaves them at an increased risk of heat spikes and developing contact dermatitis from exposure to gel products.
•SERVICE TIME: Please understand that 99% of my artwork is all hand drawn. Therefore, appointments can range from 45 minutes for a regular manicure to 4 or 5 hours for extremely detailed art. Average GelX nail art appointments are typically 1.5 hours (no art) or 2 to 2.5 hours (art on every nail).
•PAYMENT: I accept cash (I rarely carry change), Venmo, Apple Cash, and card (3% fee) I do accept barters/trades for goods/services. So far, I’ve traded for photography, baked goods, tattoo credit, lash extensions, etc
•GRATUITY: Never expected, ALWAYS appreciated ❤️
•SERVICE GUARANTEE: Any chipping, cracking, lifting, missing charms, etc within 72 hours can be fixed free of charge, IF I am notified of the issue within 72 hours of the appointment time.
•REFUNDS: No refunds will be offered once appointment is complete, so please say something if you are unhappy with your nails.
•PHONES: Please feel free to scroll/play on your phone during the service, or even watch a show. There is a screen in the room you can pick a show to watch as well, otherwise it will be playing music/TV
TOUCHING THINGS: Please be aware not to rub your nails on any clothes/pockets/etc after the service has begun to ensure that no lint/oils have stuck to ensure adhesion and results.
•CLIENT INFORMATION: Any information stored on the client in the system will not be sold or shared, and is solely for the eyes and use of said client and technician.
